| First of all I thank Nayana Jyothi and its trust members Mr. S Jayaraman, Mr Murali and Mr. M V Ravikumar for this wonderful initiative. All these days I had come across many people who are visually impaired and something inside me was urging to make them see this world. Though I had pledged to donate my eyes atleast 12 years ago, I did not have adequate knowledge or awareness on what to do regarding EYE DONATION. In our daily life we see many eyes being burned, burried or made useless just because we have ZERO awareness on EYE DONATION. We are wasting almost all the eyes which when properly addressed will lighten a human. Let us try to close our eyes for just 2 minutes and continue our routine work. May it be your home or office or any other place that we are used to till date. That 2 minutes will make you understand the importance of vision. I am glad that my grandfather left behind his eyes to enlighter someone in this world. My grandmother has also pledged to donate her eyes and so do I. I thank you once again and I am happy that I have send SMS to become an ambassador and a volunteer as well. I will definitely spread awareness on EYE DONATION and make as many people to see this world. Lets work together towards ZERO visual impairment. | We make a living with what we get.But we make a life by what we give. Giving eyes for another one to see is the best gift. I am useful even after I leave the world.If we give to the needy we live in their hearts. Giving sight is giving light in Darkness. I love this pleasure giving my eyes for some one to see. No other pleasure is greater than this. The Nayana Jyothi site is eye catching and easily surfable. | The two main important factor contributing to donation are the will of the self and the support of the family. My parents have already donated their entire body to medical research. So I got entire support from family when I pledged my eyes for donation. Do not just pledge your eyes.
